Thank you for using Mimic, a Discord bot that provides text-to-speech services using ElevenLabs' API. By using Mimic, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Mimic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Mimic.

2. Service Description Mimic is a bot that allows users to generate speech from text using custom voices. Users must register their ElevenLabs API key to access the service.

   • Users are responsible for the security of their API keys and any actions performed using their API key.

   • Users must not use Mimic for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

   • Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability Mimic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Mimic.

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Mimic at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of Mimic after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
